Anthony Rosato joined Friedman-Roth in 2020 as a sales broker during a pivotal time in the market. What began as an opportunity to drive transactions quickly evolved into building and leading the firm’s Retail Leasing Division. Through consistent production, disciplined business development, and natural leadership, Anthony was promoted to Partner in 2022 in recognition of his impact and contributions to the company’s growth.

Since joining the firm, Anthony has played a key role in strengthening Friedman-Roth’s leasing presence across New York City and Long Island. He built the Retail Division from the ground up, expanding landlord representation, increasing deal flow, and elevating the firm’s visibility within the competitive retail leasing landscape. His hands-on involvement in negotiations, tenant strategy, and client advisory has positioned the division as a respected and growing force within the market.

Known for his persistence, strategic thinking, and ability to close complex transactions, Anthony has developed long-term relationships with landlords, operators, and institutional owners.
